Please beware of fraudulent emails (phishing scams)

Phishing is a scam in which a user is tricked into entering customer information such as account numbers and PIN numbers by clicking on a link in a fraudulent email. There has been a rapid increase in fraudulent emails and SMS messages that trick users into entering their credit card information. WATCHNIAN will never trick users into entering their account numbers or PIN numbers via email or SMS.

  • ・IDs, passwords, and personal information are illegally obtained
  • ・Product not delivered even after payment
  • ・Counterfeit products or completely different products are sent
  • ・Credit card fraud
  • ・You are asked to transfer money using electronic money

There is a possibility that you may become a victim of such fraud. Please be careful not to enter personal information or PIN numbers on "fake sites."

If you are a victim

We cannot handle any damages.
If you have entered the wrong information or made a payment by mistake, please contact your credit card company or bank.
If you fall victim to a scam, please prepare information about your business partner and contact the police or cybercrime hotline in your area as soon as possible.
