Submariner Ref.124060

Ref.124060 is a new-generation model released in 2020, a non-date specification without a date display function, a 6-digit reference Submariner. Like its predecessor, Ref.114060, it has a sapphire Crystal and is water resistant to 300 meters. The indexes and hands are made from Chromalight, a Rolex exclusive product.

The case size has been increased by 1mm to 41mm, the lugs have been reduced by 1mm, and the bracelet width has been increased by 1mm. Reference 124060 has a crown mark between SWISS and MADE located at 6 o'clock on the dial.

A major feature of the Ref.124060, which is called the new Submariner, is the presence of the new Cal.3230 movement developed in 2020. Equipped with a blue Parachrom hairspring, developed exclusively by Rolex, it is ten times more shock-resistant than conventional hairsprings. Furthermore, Rolex's patented technology such as a long power reserve of about 70 hours is used abundantly.
