Watch warranty

During the warranty period, we will repair or adjust the product free of charge if a defect or failure occurs under normal usage conditions.
In the case of warranty repairs, we will handle the parts free of charge to the customer.
*Please note that even within the warranty period, you will be charged for repairs that are not covered by the warranty.

We also offer repairs and maintenance after the warranty expires.

The warranty period of the watch will be extended just by registering as a member.

If it is within the warranty period, the battery can be replaced free of charge for the first time.
Battery replacement is for quartz watches other than Antique watches.
(For highly waterproof watches, we cannot guarantee the waterproof performance of the manufacturer's specifications.)

We guarantee the quality of the watch according to the contents of this warranty.

* In the following cases, the watch is not covered by the warranty even during the warranty period, and the actual cost will be borne.

・If our company determines that the product is within the acceptable range and there are no problems in terms of quality and functionality.

・Failures and malfunctions caused by submersion in water or moisture getting inside the machine

・Breakdowns and malfunctions due to water damage, accidents, or natural disasters

・Failure or damage to the exterior parts such as the case, belt, glass, crown, etc.

- Winding core, center core, mainspring, damage. Damage and replacement of consumables

- Failure or damage caused by incorrect handling or carelessness.

・Breakdowns and damage caused by repairs, modifications, overhauls, etc. at other stores

・Precision abnormalities and stoppages caused by being magnetized

Precautions

*We cannot reissue the quality assurance certificate. Valid only for the original purchaser.

*Please note that repairs will be carried out at a place designated by us.

*Substitute parts may be used for repairs.

* For Used goods, stains and stains are not covered by the warranty.

*Warranty is valid only in Japan. We cannot accept requests from overseas.
