About returns

As a general rule, our store does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges of products. We will take special measures only in the following cases.

  • ・ When a different product from your order arrives
  • ・ If there is something wrong with the product when it arrives

We take every precaution to check and deliver the product, but in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product, please be sure to contact us by phone or email within 2 days including the date of arrival. Please ship the item to our store within one week from the date of arrival. We will contact you after confirming the product.
*Please note that if more than 2 days have passed including the arrival date by the time you contact us, we may not be able to respond to your request.
