Since we manage only order sales data, important information such as card numbers will not be leaked from us.

The use of the card is limited to the holder himself / herself. When ordering, please enter the name registered with the card company.

In order to purchase a high-priced item, we will call you to confirm whether or not you have purchased it. Please cooperate.
We may submit your order to the contract card company for the purpose of preventing unauthorized use by a third party.

We may use 3D Secure2 authentication to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. For 3D Secure2, please check the VISA site 3-D Secure 2.0.

Please note that it may take some time for delivery as it may take several days to confirm the use.
The delivery address of the product is limited to the address registered with the card company. Delivery to the address, business office stop, transfer, delivery box, and delivery are not available. Also, please order using the phone number registered with the card company.

Bank transfer

Please check the stock reservation email from our shop before making the transfer.
The transfer fee will be paid by the customer.
We will ship after payment is confirmed.
Please be careful not to lose the copy at the time of transfer.

Acceptable payment methods

You can use credit cards, debit cards/prepaid cards, Amazon gift cards, and deferred payments (Payday).
Acceptable credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club.

You can use the credit card or Amazon gift card balance registered in your Amazon account as a payment method.

- The shipping address will be the address registered to your Amazon account.
・The maximum order amount per order is 10 million yen.

Cash on delivery

It will be sent by Sagawa Express.: Please prepare the amount stated in the email sent from our store at the time of product delivery. After confirming your order, we will ship it within 3 business days.
Cash on delivery cannot be used for products with a price exceeding 300,000 yen.
