カリブルについて

"Calibre Cartier" is a collection released in 2010 by the prestigious French brand Cartier. It is rare for Cartier at the time to make a distinction between men's and Ladies 's, and it is officially touted as a men's-only collection.
Featuring a powerful design that makes you feel masculinity, the Calibre has attracted attention as a collection that sets it apart from the elegant image of conventional Cartier watches. Highly supported by enthusiasts, it quickly established itself as a brand-standard men's watch. Although production was discontinued in 2020, it is still a very popular wristwatch.

Equipped with in-house movement

Calibre is also a collection that shows that Cartier has established itself as a Manufacture. "Calibre" is the French word for "caliber". The movement is equipped with the self-Automatic winding movement "1904PS MC" that Cartier worked on from design to manufacturing in its own workshop. The movement name "1904" is named after the year Cartier's masterpiece "Santos" was born.
With a diameter of 25.5 mm and a thickness of 4 mm, the movement has been carried over to various models such as tank MCs and drives.
