Speedmaster

The Speedmaster, announced in 1957, is said to be the world's first model to display a tachymeter on the outer bezel. Initially, it was developed as a racing chronograph.
After that, the Speedmaster will pass NASA's review and will be adopted for the space program. In the NASA test, about 10 watches were examined, but it was only the Speedmaster that the chronograph worked without problems until the end. OMEGA's core collection, the Speedmaster, has a wide variety of variations. There are two main models, a professional model and an automatic model with a slightly smaller case diameter.
