The Explorer II is designed to display the time in 24-hour format, making it ideal for people who work in places where it is impossible to tell the time, such as inside caves or in polar regions.
The fixed bezel is marked with 24-hour indexes, and the 24-hour hand that extends to the outermost edge of the dial makes it possible to check morning and afternoon at a glance.
In addition, the movement inherited from the GMT-Master II allows the hour hand to be adjusted independently, and dual time display is also possible using the 24-hour hand and hour hand.
