- How can I register as a member?
- You can register as a WATCHNIAN member by completing the new member registration form. You can also register at our stores, so please ask our staff. By registering as WATCHNIAN member, you will be able to take advantage of all the benefits offered by WATCHNIAN Group, and receive email updates on price reductions and arrival information for branded products you are interested in.
- I forgot my password, so I can't log in.
- Please proceed to reset your password.
- I would like to change the name and address entered during membership registration.
- You can change your member information by logging into your My Page and clicking Change member information.
- I want to check my order history.
- You can check your purchase history, including items you are ordering and past orders, by logging into My Page and viewing the purchase/transaction history list.
- I would like to cancel WATCHNIAN membership.
- Please log in to My Page and follow the cancellation procedure in the customer information category.
- How can I register for the e-mail newsletter?
- By registering products and brands as favorites on product pages and brand category pages, you will receive e-mail newsletters about your favorite products and brands. You can check the products and brands you have added to your favorites by logging into your My Page.
- What if I don't receive the email newsletter?

- Please complete the procedure by clicking the "Request to hold" button on the page of the product you wish to hold. Membership registration is required for reservations.
- How many days will you wait after placing the order?
- The period during which items can be reserved is 3 days. Additionally, you can only reserve up to 2 items at a time, and you can only reserve the same item once. We will contact you as soon as the product is available, but we may not be able to meet your request. Please note.
- Is a deposit required when placing the item?
- No deposit is required when placing a reservation through the site. Membership registration is required for reservations.
