- Are WATCHNIAN products genuine? How do you tell the difference between fake and real?
- All of the branded products we carry in our store are checked for authenticity and inspected by specialized technicians, and we only sell genuine products that meet our strict standards, so you can buy with confidence.
- Are Used items without a manufacturer's guarantee, warranty or certificate genuine?
- Products that do not have a guarantee listed in the accessories section of the product page have passed our strict inspection and are certified as genuine.
- Can I get a discount?
- Unfortunately, WATCHNIAN does not offer individual discounts. By registering as WATCHNIAN member, you can receive valuable information such as discount information on your favorite brands and products and event benefits by email, so please take advantage of this.
- Why are there so many different prices for the same product?
- Even if the model, model number, and material of luxury brand watches and bags are the same, prices can vary greatly depending on the condition, rank, model year (year of manufacture), color, specifications, presence or absence of accessories, etc. All of the branded products that WATCHNIAN carries are one-of-a-kind, and each item is different, so prices may vary. We have a wide selection of products waiting for you, so we would be happy if you could find your special item.
- What is Unworn?
- We offer unused items, or items that have been manufactured for many years even though they are New, as "Unworn." In many cases, you can purchase it at a lower price than when New.
- Can I use Used products with confidence?
- All WATCHNIAN products are carefully inspected after they arrive. Products that are determined to require maintenance will be sold after maintenance is completed, so you can use them with confidence.
- Can I visit the store directly to see the products listed on the site?
- Products listed on the site are displayed at WATCHNIAN 's physical stores. You can check the stores that carry the product in the store column on the product page. If you would like to view your desired product in-store, please use our hold-out service. You can complete the procedure by clicking the "Place an item" button on the product page. Membership registration is required for reservations.
- Does it come with accessories such as a guarantee card or warranty?

- Can I specify the shipping address with Shopping Loan?
- The delivery address will be either your home or work that you have contracted with the shopping loan credit company. We cannot deliver to any address other than the one specified in the contract, including delivery to business offices.
- What kind of packaging will the product be shipped in?
- Items that come with a genuine branded box, special cloth bag, or storage bag will be shipped inside the box and wrapped with cushioning material. Watches that do not have a box listed in the accessories column will be shipped in a WATCHNIAN original watch case and packed with cushioning material.
- The product I received was broken. What should I do?
- In the unlikely event that there is an initial defect, please contact us within 2 days including the date of arrival.
- I would like to give it as a present.Can you gift wrap it?
- We offer free gift wrapping service. Please select the gift wrapping checkbox when ordering the product. Please check the gift wrapping page for wrapping images. Please note that the color and pattern of the wrapping may change. Please note.
- I don't want you to know what you bought when it's shipped.

- What is a credit card security code?
- This is a 3-digit (or 4-digit) number used to confirm that the card is in the customer's possession when using the card for online shopping. The security code is typically located on the signature panel on the back of the card.

- Shopping loans are only available through JACCS at the online store.
- From what price can I use the shopping loan?
- The product price is 30,000 yen or more, and the monthly payment is 3,000 yen or more.
- Can I get the results of my shopping loan application right away? How long does it take?
- If you apply online, the results will be available within a few hours to a day. If you apply at a branch, the results will be available in about 20 minutes. However, if a guarantor is required, it may take several days.
- Can I do a pre-screening for a shopping loan before purchasing?

- I would like to know how to pay the down payment for a shopping loan.
- The down payment must be made by bank transfer. Other payment methods such as credit cards are not accepted.
- If I have a down payment for a shopping loan, when should I transfer it?
- Once your shopping loan application has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to transfer the down payment. We will ship the product as soon as we have confirmed your payment. If we do not receive the down payment within 3 days or are unable to contact you by email or phone, we will cancel your order approximately one week after the loan has been approved.
- I want to pay the down payment on a shopping loan with a credit card.
- Shopping loans and credit cards cannot be used together.
- I'd like to combine trade-in of an item and a shopping loan.
- First, select Shopping Loan as the payment method when placing your order, select "I would like to trade in" and enter the trade-in information. Both can be set on the order method selection screen when purchasing.

We will assess the trade-in items and inform you of the assessed value. After you have agreed to the assessed value, we will guide you through the application process for a shopping loan. At that time, you will set the assessed value as a down payment.
- Can a shopping loan be used in conjunction with a coupon?
- Some coupons can be used in conjunction with shopping loans, but some cannot. Please check the coupon terms and conditions for more information.
- How do I repay a shopping loan?
- The repayment method for the shopping loan will be direct debit from the specified bank account or bank transfer. Detailed repayment methods are based on the regulations of each financial institution, so please check with the credit company.
- Can I use a credit card to repay a shopping loan?
- You cannot use a credit card to repay a shopping loan.
- Can I change the number of payments after signing a shopping loan contract?

- Can minors apply for a shopping loan?
- Minors can also apply for a shopping loan, but parental consent (by phone and in writing) is required. Please contact the credit company for specific procedures.
- Can I apply for a shopping loan from overseas?
- We are unable to accept applications from people living overseas. If you are currently traveling overseas, please apply once you have returned to Japan.
- Can I use bonus payments for a shopping loan?
- Regular monthly payments and bonus payments can be used together. Please set up the bonus payment when completing the procedure with your credit company.
- Can I make multiple bank transfers?
- As long as the payment is made within 3 business days of placing your order, there is no problem even if the payment is split into multiple transfers. - I accidentally transferred money from an account with a different name than the orderer information. OK?
