The so-called "Red Sub" was produced only in the early days of the Submariner Date, with the model name printed in red on the dial. This is the type known as the Mark IV among fans, and is from the time when the water resistance rating had just changed from "200m = 660ft" to "660ft = 200m".
It is unfortunate that the luminous point on the bezel is chipped, but there is no noticeable damage, fading or chipping of the luminous material, including on the hands, and it is a watch with a well-balanced color and a nice atmosphere.
It comes with a rare rivet-type Submariner bracelet, Ref. 9315/FF380 (without ear cords), which was rare at the time, but it only has 9 links and is sized to fit people with wrist circumferences up to approximately 16.5 cm.

Case The edges have been smoothed by polishing, but other than that it is in good condition with no noticeable damage. Bezel Although it is missing a luminous point, the bezel has a nice faded look. belt Two links are missing and there are also traces of repairs, but considering the year of manufacture it is in fairly good condition. buckle Although the fit is a little loose, it is in good enough condition for daily use. Crystal There are Small scratches on the plastic Crystal. Dial The dial has a very nice texture. needle There is slight corrosion.
The frame has oxidized and the luminous material has faded, but it blends well with the dial.
