Explorer II Ref.226570

Ref.226570 is the current Explorer II, which is the successor to Ref.216570 and is the new model of the 5th generation.
2021 marks the 50th anniversary of the Explorer II.

The previous model, Ref.216570, had a phantom effect by coating the center of the hands in the same color as the dial on the black dial, but Ref.226570 no longer has this. Instead, the 24-hour hand became orange to the base and visibility improved.

The movement was changed from Cal.3187 to Cal.3285, realizing a long reserve of about 70 hours. Also, the number of frames has been changed to 22mm, which is 1mm thinner.
