GMT Master Ref.16750

Ref.16750 is the 3rd generation GMT Master I manufactured from around 1980 to 1988 following Ref.1675. The color development of the bezel is a single black color and a red-blue two-tone Pepsi color.

Compared to the previous model Ref.1675, the waterproof performance has been improved from 50m to 100m, and the movement has been changed from Cal.1570 to Cal.3075 equipped with a quick date change function. This function is a function that GMT master II does not have.

In the early days of production, luminous paint was applied directly to the dial, and there were some examples called "borderless indexes" or "borderless dials" because they were not bordered with metal. The market price is skyrocketing because you can enjoy a more vintage atmosphere compared to the "bordered index" in the latter stage of production, which is bordered with metal. In addition to the stainless steel ref. 16750, Rolesor ref. 16753 in 18K yellow gold and stainless steel and solid gold ref. 16758 were released.
